WellnessWithin ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through wellnesswithinct.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request our free meditation or other free resources, book a Clarity Session, complete the Clarity Questionnaire, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you choose to share about your health and wellbeing. You decide what to tell us; only the fields marked as required are needed to provide the service you asked for.

Payment information. Payments for sessions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to keep the Site secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you asked for: sending the meditation, scheduling and holding your session, and preparing for it using your questionnaire answers.
• To communicate with you about your session, including confirmations and reminders.
• To send you emails about our work, if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the Site secure and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your questionnaire answers with anyone outside WellnessWithin.

Who helps us handle your information

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (secure storage of questionnaire submissions)
• Flodesk (email delivery and our mailing list)
• Resend (transactional email, such as sending us your questionnaire)
• Cal.com and Stripe (session scheduling and payment)
• Bunny.net (delivery of the meditation audio)
• Google Calendar and Zoom (scheduling and holding sessions)

Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and questionnaire answers for as long as you are a client or subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by emailing us.
• Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We will honor them.

Children

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on this page.
