We believe true health comes from the inside out.
Your thoughts, your emotions, and your body are deeply connected, and when one is out of balance, the others feel it. When they come back into alignment, people often find that how they feel and how they function both begin to shift.
That belief is at the heart of everything we do at WellnessWithin.

The people we work with
Our clients are highly capable people who look like they’re doing fine, but are holding a lot together.
From the outside, no one would guess how much they’re carrying. What brings them to us is sometimes a crisis. More often, it’s the quieter things:
Stress that won’t let go.
Overwhelm that has started to feel normal.
Emotional reactions that don’t make sense.
A weight that’s been building for a long time.
Why we do this work
It started at a workshop on mind-body medicine that we attended with someone close to us. She had been carrying a deeply stressful situation for five or six years, and her nervous system was in a near-constant state of alert. When the presenter offered to demonstrate a technique called EFT Tapping, she volunteered.
We watched her body change in front of us. Her shoulders dropped. Her face softened. Something that had been locked in place for years visibly let go, in a matter of minutes. We’d never seen anything like it, and we knew we had to learn how to do it ourselves.
We found an EFT instructor and got certified. That one technique jump-started what would become our life’s work, and our curiosity has kept leading us further ever since — each new approach became part of how we work with clients today.
Once we experienced what this work could do, there was no question in our minds — we needed to help other people feel it too. WellnessWithin became the place where that calling came together.

Meet Pamela
Pamela’s career was in communication. She taught American Sign Language and worked for many years as a nationally Certified Interpreter for the Deaf, and later as a job placement specialist for deaf individuals and a communication educator for hearing employers.
Her passion for energy work and the mind-body connection has been a lifelong pursuit, running alongside her career the whole way.
Years of interpreting taught her to listen for what someone means, not only what they say. She brings that same listening to every session.

Meet Brad
Brad dedicated decades to education, beginning as a teacher of physical education and upper elementary grades before spending 26 years as a school-level and central office administrator. After retiring from public education, he worked as an educational consultant, leading workshops on curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
His deep interest in mind-body medicine is what led him to this work. The educator in him is still present in every session.
He wants you to understand what’s happening in your body and why, so that the change you feel is one you can trust and build on.
We founded WellnessWithin to do this work together.
We offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring, in person and over Zoom, and we lead workshops and speaking engagements sharing the science of how the mind impacts the body, along with practical tools for easing the symptoms of stress.
If you’d like to know more about the approaches we use, you can read about them on the Our Approach page.
